Growing Zones
A late-season floral showstopper, Curtain Call Pink Japanese Anemone PP#30,739 (Anemone 'Curtain Call Pink') is the perfect crescendo for the summer-to-fall garden. Part of the beloved Proven Winners® lineup, this compact perennial offers lovely semi-double, bubblegum-pink blooms with golden stamens atop wiry stems!
Fragrant and elegant, it begins blooming in late summer and continues through early fall, often reblooming if deadheaded. It's perfect for filling the gap between the peak of summer and the arrival of true autumn color.
This Anemone grows in a compact, mounding form, just 14-18 inches tall and 16-18 wide, making it ideal for small spaces or front-of-border plantings. The foliage is deep green, lobed, and slightly toothed, forming a dense clump below the upright flower stems. While the leaves remain attractive all season, it's those long-lasting blooms that steal the show. You may even notice some occasional decorative seed heads if blooms are left in place.
