Refund policy
Live Plants
Due to agricultural restrictions and the perishable nature of live plants, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or package refusals for any plants, trees, or shrubs. Instead, all live plants are covered by our 45-day Growing & Glowing Guarantee.
What to do if there's an issue:
- Accept the package (do not refuse delivery)
- Contact us within 7 days at support@naturehills.com
- Provide photos of the issue
- We'll work with you to resolve the problem under our guarantee terms
Hard Goods
Non-living items like fertilizers, tools, and staking kits may be returned in original, unopened packaging within 30 days for a full refund minus return shipping costs. Contact customer service before returning, and you'll be responsible for return shipping.
Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order for a full refund by contacting support@naturehills.com within 24 hours of placing your order (before fulfillment begins). Once fulfillment starts, cancellations are not available, but our 45-day guarantee covers you if anything goes wrong.

Report any delivery issues within 7 days of delivery so we can help resolve them under our guarantee coverage.
