Products Without Guarantee
Annual plants, flower bulbs, grass plugs, hard goods, gift cards, warranty purchases, and shipping fees are not covered under the Growing & Glowing Guarantee.

Quick answers about how the guarantee works.
How long do I have to report an issue?
You have 7 days from when you notice the issue. For shipping damage, inspect your plants within a few days of delivery and contact us right away. The full guarantee runs for 45 days from delivery (or through May 1st for orders delivered after October 15th).
What do I need to file a claim?
Just photos of the plant and a message to our team. Email support@naturehills.com or use the chat widget on our website.
Can I get a refund instead of a replacement?
Yes. Under our standard Growing & Glowing Guarantee, you choose: a free replacement plant (we cover shipping), full store credit that never expires, or a full refund to your original payment method.
What if my specific plant is out of stock?
If we don't have your exact plant available, we'll offer a comparable substitute. If you'd rather have the original variety, you can wait for the next shipping season and we'll reserve one for you, or take a store credit to use whenever you're ready.
What's the difference between the free guarantee and the Plus?
The free Growing & Glowing Guarantee covers every eligible plant for 45 days from delivery. Growing & Glowing Guarantee Plus extends that to a full year and is available as an add-on at checkout. Plus covers plants that were properly planted and cared for but still failed.
How do I know my plant's hardiness zone?
Every product page lists recommended USDA hardiness zones. You can also use our Plant Zone Map to find yours by ZIP code. Planting within your zone is the single best thing you can do for long-term success.
