To obtain a more accurate shipment time-frame, simply enter your zip code in the “Find Your Growing Zone” box to the right. Our plants are grown all over the country and lead time on items may be different because of this. Once your order is placed, you will also receive the specific shipment time-frame information as part of your order confirmation. Once an item ships, you will receive shipment notification and tracking numbers, so you can follow along while your plant travels to your doorstep. We use FedEx, UPS, or USPS at our discretion.
Due to winter weather we have put a hold on shipping to the areas shown below in grey. You can still order now and we will ship the plant to you during an appropriate time for your zone.

Nature Hills sells a large variety of plants with several options available. Plants are offered in both potted containers and as dormant bare root without soil. Here is a helpful resource to understand your options as you create a beautiful landscape with help from Nature Hills.

Seasonally, Nature Hills offers hand selected, high quality bare root trees, shrubs and perennials. Bare root plants are sold by height from the top of the root system to the top of the plant. Plants may be taller than the height minimums.
- Popular sizes of select trees are 1 foot, 2 feet, 3 feet, etc.

Some plants are standouts, and with its instantly recognizable form, the native Yellow Coneflower (Ratibida pinnata) should be included on that list.
With a high contrast between the cheerful orange-yellow petals and their delightfully droopy form, this native plant has a ton of personality. It would be a marvelous addition to a sunny and well-drained wildflower garden.
Easy care and highly adaptable, it performs best in well-drained soil. Once established, this is a water-wise plant that blooms from July to September. You'll love this bold addition to your backyard landscape.
A flower of many names, this variety is often reffered to as Gray Head, Gray Headed Coneflower, Pinnate Coneflower, and Prairie Coneflower. No matter what you call it though, there is no masking the many benifits it has to offer.
Not only is it easy to take care of, it has quite the reputation for bringing many pollinators and other benefitial insects around. Butterflies, bees, and many others will flutter to this specimen, pollinating an abundance of plants along the way!
Pair it with other rough-textured plants, like Yucca, Black-Eyed Susans, and Purple Coneflower. Or, for a very fresh feel, plant this as a partner to a Rainbow or White Knock-Out® groundcover rose hedge.
You could also create a very effective contrast against Bee Balm, Salvia, Russian Sage and other blue-violet selections. Try this in a fun seasonal container as a "Filler".
