This proprietary eCommerce software prevents the shipment of a restricted plant to each state. The Plant Sentry system includes a shipment certification program. The Plant Sentry Compliance Officer works closely with NatureHills.com and each nursery or fulfillment center to ensure only compliant plants are sold to customers.

Delivery and Shipping
Delivery and Shipping
Shipping
To obtain a more accurate shipment time-frame, simply enter your zip code in the “Find Your Growing Zone” box to the right. Our plants are grown all over the country and lead time on items may be different because of this. Once your order is placed, you will also receive the specific shipment time-frame information as part of your order confirmation. Once an item ships, you will receive shipment notification and tracking numbers, so you can follow along while your plant travels to your doorstep. We use FedEx, UPS, or USPS at our discretion.
Due to winter weather we have put a hold on shipping to the areas shown below in grey. You can still order now and we will ship the plant to you during an appropriate time for your zone.

Growing Zones 5-9
Do you crave year-round motion and energy for your garden this year? Nothing does that as well as Grasses and Sedges! They are super easy to care for, they fit into just about any garden style, and now ... there are so many colors and forms to choose from!
One of the very best is EverColor® Everlime Sedge Grass PP #25,622 (Carex oshimensis 'Everlime')! Once you try it you will agree that it is such a great and adaptable plant. It stands out from other Carex with eye-catching, spring-green blades with a lime-green edge.
From early spring until autumn's frost, you'll enjoy bright-hued blades of color swaying in the breeze! Summer brings brown, spiky seed heads for added interest and motion in the wind! Hardy throughout USDA planting zones 5 to 9, Everlime grows 12 - 15 inches in height and spreads 18 - 24 inches wide forming colorful clumps.
Landscape Application:
Everlime Variegated Sedge makes a magnificent groundcover or try it in your favorite container as both a 'thriller' and a 'spiller'! It will bring light and texture to any garden combo! The distinctive green foliage with lime margins really sets off nearly every other color and plant!
Everlime can also stabilize and beautify that hard-to-maintain slope. Looking absolutely stunning planted en masse, as ground cover, or in long winding rows along your garden beds and bodies of water. Easy-care perennials, Carex are low-growing focal points and low maintenance interest for a wide variety of landscape applications. They add an amazing designer touch to your landscape!
It forms a neat and easily controlled mound that looks fantastic in a row along the edge of a perennial bed or filling in large beds under trees. High style and high impact, the killer green and tidy clump formation lend themselves to formal garden styles. While the soft texture and lively colors work just as well in informal gardens as well!
Tolerating wet to soggy soil conditions is what really sets these apart from other Ornamental Grasses. Water features become the main attraction, and Rain Gardens gain a vibrant lime-green addition of soothing texture and motion that only Sedge Grass brings to the garden.
- Colorful Spring Green & Lime-Green
- Distinctive Varigated Ornamental Grass
- Rustic & Formal Style!

EverColor® Everlime Variegated Sedge Grass does its very best in full shade and part shade conditions, a rarity among Ornamental Grasses, but Everlime can take morning like a champ too! If you want easy-to-grow and low-maintenance, then you can't beat Everlime! Preferring moist, well-drained soils, Sedge is not particular about where it grows, tolerating moist to dry conditions, Sedge does not tolerate being waterlogged.
Sedge is deer-resistant once established and very low maintenance. EverColor® Everlime keeps its shape and color all year and shouldn't need to be pruned, however, you can crop back the plant in early spring if needed to remove last year's growth.
