Smaller plants than I thought BUT are growing

Smaller plants than I thought for what I paid, BUT plants are healthy & growing.

The Lil' Kim Violet is one of those plants that rewards patience, and it sounds like yours are already off to a good start with healthy growth. Rose of Sharon establishes quickly once it gets going, so the smaller size at arrival tends to catch up fast. We hear you on the value concern, Jerry, and we appreciate the honest feedback as we work to set better size expectations for shoppers. Thanks for giving them a chance to grow.

Big healthy plant

I was delighted to receive this hibiscus; the plant was larger than I expected and very healthy. It set a bud within a week of being planted so I got a sneak preview of the color before it went dormant. It will be hard to wait until warm weather returns and all my new plants start growing and blooming!

Dear Louise,

Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback! We’re thrilled to hear that your hibiscus arrived larger and healthier than expected—and that it wasted no time surprising you with a bud already. That sneak preview must have made the wait for spring all the more exciting. We completely understand how hard it is to be patient until the warmer weather helps all your new plants burst into full bloom.

In the meantime, keeping your hibiscus in a bright indoor spot with moderate humidity and consistent watering can help support its health during dormancy. If you'd like, we also have detailed care guides and tips on how to prepare your plants for the next growing season, which we’re happy to share anytime.

Thank you again for entrusting us with your garden—wishing you many vibrant blooms ahead!
