To obtain a more accurate shipment time-frame, simply enter your zip code in the “Find Your Growing Zone” box to the right. Our plants are grown all over the country and lead time on items may be different because of this. Once your order is placed, you will also receive the specific shipment time-frame information as part of your order confirmation. Once an item ships, you will receive shipment notification and tracking numbers, so you can follow along while your plant travels to your doorstep. We use FedEx, UPS, or USPS at our discretion.
Due to winter weather we have put a hold on shipping to the areas shown below in grey. You can still order now and we will ship the plant to you during an appropriate time for your zone.

Nature Hills sells a large variety of plants with several options available. Plants are offered in both potted containers and as dormant bare root without soil. Here is a helpful resource to understand your options as you create a beautiful landscape with help from Nature Hills.

Seasonally, Nature Hills offers hand selected, high quality bare root trees, shrubs and perennials. Bare root plants are sold by height from the top of the root system to the top of the plant. Plants may be taller than the height minimums.

Echinacea are wonderfully hardy sun perennials and this unique bi-colored flower will have everyone twisting their heads to get a better look!
Green Twister forms mounds of gorgeous, coarse-textured green foliage all growing season long. Followed by the summer flush of curious blooms that add their dazzling color combo to your sunny landscapes!
Coneflowers are fantastic xeric and fire-wise flowering perennials. Also quite cold, heat and humidity tolerant, they thrive in full sun all day long, but won't often be damaged by deer. Hardy throughout USDA growing zones 3 through 8, Green Twister keeps blooming until autumn when regularly deadheaded.
Planting and Application:
Coneflowers are drought-tolerant perennials typically used in perennial, pollinator and wildflower gardens, or as sun garden edging or border plants. But the unusual flower color combo of Green Twister means eye-catching specimens and focal points! The fancy landing pads are an open invitation to both nectar-sipping pollinators and bees looking to gather pollen! Birds peck the seeds out of the fall seedheads that remain spikey winter interest.
Green Twister is xeric and thrives when plated en masse along hot, dry swaths of sunbaked ground, or along that tricky hell strip by the road or sidewalk! Add pops of color to mixed plantings and Rock Gardens! They look great with other ray flowers, ornamental grasses, and with almost any other color blooms around! Even indoors, the bi-color blooms add a fancy pop of refreshing color to bouquets and floral arrangements!

Echinacea are a family of delightfully low-maintenance, sun-loving herbaceous perennials that thrive in tough conditions once established. Plant in about any kind of well-drained soil with regular moisture for new plants, but after, Coneflowers are very drought tolerant and have low-moisture needs. For best flowering though, provide supplemental moisture throughout tough times and hot summers. Mulch the mounds with 3-4 inches of arborist bark chips. Deadhead to encourage new blooms, then prune back mounds in late fall after the foliage yellows.
