To obtain a more accurate shipment time-frame, simply enter your zip code in the “Find Your Growing Zone” box to the right. Our plants are grown all over the country and lead time on items may be different because of this. Once your order is placed, you will also receive the specific shipment time-frame information as part of your order confirmation. Once an item ships, you will receive shipment notification and tracking numbers, so you can follow along while your plant travels to your doorstep. We use FedEx, UPS, or USPS at our discretion.
Due to winter weather we have put a hold on shipping to the areas shown below in grey. You can still order now and we will ship the plant to you during an appropriate time for your zone.

Buying Options for Plants
Nature Hills sells a large variety of plants with several options available. Plants are offered in both potted containers and as dormant bare root without soil. Here is a helpful resource to understand your options as you create a beautiful landscape with help from Nature Hills.

Seasonally, Nature Hills offers hand selected, high quality bare root trees, shrubs and perennials. Bare root plants are sold by height from the top of the root system to the top of the plant. Plants may be taller than the height minimums.

Like catnip to butterflies and hummingbirds, turn any garden into a butterfly garden! First Editions® Funky Fuchsia™ Butterfly Bush (Buddleia davidii 'PIIBD-II') is a shrub covered in huge, six to ten inches long flower spikes of reddish-pink flowers that are a magnet to pollinators.
The flowers are strikingly colored and fragrant and come in droves until frost! Ensuring that you will have plenty of gorgeous cut flowers indoors as well as plenty of food for butterflies and Hummingbirds outside. Backed by airy and graceful branching full of aromatic dark green leaves with lighter undersides provides a two-tone effect!
Widely adaptable throughout USDA hardiness zones 5 to 9, these 6-8 foot tall and wide shrubs grow in full sun and thrive in the cold, heat, and humidity, and are disease, Deer, and pest-free. These deciduous shrubs are incredibly easy to grow!

#ProPlantTips for Care:
Like all Butterfly Bushes, Funky Fuchsia™ does best in full sun - otherwise, it will get leggy and sparse. It doesn't like wet feet, either so give it a place in your garden with good drainage. Plant with Nature Hills Root Booster and provide your Buddleia (sometimes spelled Buddleja) regular moisture access for their first year but become low-water usage once established. Provide supplemental moisture during drought and the summer months to keep the flowers returning. Provide a 3-4 inch deep layer of arborist mulch to support your shrub's root system to hold moisture consistently and insulate the roots.
Take care to deadhead this beauty and you will have flowers well into autumn. Once winter hits, Funky Fuchsia™ will die back to the ground like a perennial in cold winter places. In warmer climates, prune it back in spring to 12-inches to rejuvenate the entire plant.
