Blooming best in full sun and handling afternoon/partial shade, Tiger Swirl is striking in the landscape! Perennial Daylily, provide it with partial shade or afternoon shade in the hottest climates, or full sun in cooler hardiness zones. Not particular on soil type, any well-drained medium works. Daylilies appreciate mulch to hold moisture in the soil. Average to dry soil these are extremely cold and drought tolerant, plus are tough and adaptable. Mother Nature can throw everything at Daylilies without phasing them. Add a 3-4 inch layer of mulch over the soil surface for best results!
You can easily deadhead the old blooms off as a quick task. Call it me time outside in your garden and you'll be rewarded with plenty of bright new blossoms.
