Each of the fully double blooms features up to 45 dusky, velvet red petals apiece and is held on long stems. Select a full sun planting site where the Firefighter® Rose will get at least six hours of sun a day. They require well-drained soil, so create a raised bed or planting mound to improve drainage. Consistent watering is best during flowering and a 3-4 inch layer of arborist mulch. Feed your flowers with high-quality Rose fertilizer, and please keep nitrogen-rich lawn fertilizer well away from these shrubs.
