#ProPlantTips for Care:
Although this is a thoroughly modern Rose with great genetics and disease resistance. She is worth the best possible care and growing conditions, after all! Plant Roses in full sun, with at least six hours of sunlight a day. The morning sun is best if you have it! Ensure the soil is well-drained soil to enjoy the best performance. Raise up the planting bed, if needed to improve the drainage.
During planting, dig a hole twice as wide as the root system, but no deeper. Tap the Rose out of its pot, set it into place, then press the backfill soil. Add Nature Hills Root Booster during planting for the life-long support of the tiny feeder roots. This small step provides symbiotic help over the life of your Rose bush - it never wears out!
Water new plants well, and add a layer of mulch to cover the root system. Please pull it back away from touching the stems. Keep the ground near your Roses hydrated on a regular schedule. Use a soaker hose when possible to avoid splashing the foliage. They also appreciate a schedule of Rose fertilizer, following the instructions on the label. Roses are heavy feeders, with their big, lavish blooms!
Prune Anna's Promise Roses in early spring, removing any broken branches. Trim it down by shortening up the canes to 6-8"; cutting at a 45-degree angle just above a nice, fat bud. You can also thin out several of the thickest canes down to ground level. This will leave younger, thinner canes to flourish and produce showy, high-centered blooms for you.
