    Can Reward Coupons Be Combined?

    Rewards cannot be combined when redeemed, only one redemption code can be used per order.

    What can I use my points on?

    You can use your rewards coupons earned by accumulating and redeeming your loyalty points for any plants listed on naturehills.com. Points cannot be redeemed for non-plant items such as warranties, gift cards, hard goods, etc. 

    How do I sign up for the rewards program?

    It's free! Visit https://naturehills.com/pages/rewards, log into your account (or create one), and click the enrollment/opt-in button. You'll start earning points right away on qualifying purchases.

    How do I check my points balance?

    Log in to your account at https://naturehills.com/pages/rewards to see your current points balance and any upcoming expiration dates.

    When do my points expire?

    Points expire 12 months from the date they were earned. Each earning event has its own expiration date. You can check your balance and expiration schedule at https://naturehills.com/pages/rewards.

    Why didn't I get points for my order?

    The most common reasons are: (1) you weren't logged into your rewards account when ordering, (2) the order included only gift cards or non-qualified products, (3) the order was placed before enrollment.

    I placed an order but my points haven't appeared yet.

    Points typically post immediately — please allow a short processing period. If points haven't appeared within a reasonable time after delivery, the customer can contact us at naturehills.com/contact.

    Can I use my points for a gift card?

    Redeemed rewards cannot be used to purchase gift cards, and gift card purchases do not earn points. Points are redeemable for discount coupons on qualifying plant purchases only.

    Can I transfer my points to someone else?

    Points are non-transferable. They cannot be gifted, sold, combined with another member's balance, or exchanged for cash.

    I returned my order — will I get my points back?

    If you used a reward coupon on the returned order, those points are generally not reinstated. Any points earned from the purchase will also be reversed. You will receive a refund for the out-of-pocket amount paid.

    Is there an order minimum to use rewards?

    Yes, when using your rewards you must meet a minimum order threshold for them to be valid. To redeem $5 you must have a cart value of $10. Other levels include: $10 coupon $20 spend, $20 coupon, $40 spend $50 coupon, $100 spend, $100 coupon, $200 spend, and $200 coupon, $400 spend.
