#ProPlantTips for Care:

Panicle Hydrangeas handle full sun and part shade with ease! Just give them an even amount of water whenever the rain is delayed and maintain consistent moisture, especially in the heat. Plant in enriched, well-drained soil that is well mulched to better hold in moisture and keep the roots cool. Blooming on new wood, once a year in early spring pruning is best to remove the dried old blooms, reduce the overall size by about one-third, and give the tree a somewhat rounded outline from which to start growing each spring. Once it starts to grow, do not prune as the flowers are produced in that new growth.

  • Full Sun & Partial Shade
  • Moist Enriched Environment
  • Any Well-Drained Soil
  • Prune In Early Spring Before New Growth Emerges
  • Extremely Winter Hardy

Berry White Hydrangea Tree

Those hydrangea trees have been doing well and have consistently delivered impressive blooms from June to August since their purchase from Nature Hills back in 2021. This year, the blooms even start giving out fragrance (light Jasmin smell) too and have attracted many bees!

Hello CW,

Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful experience with your Berry White Hydrangea tree! We’re thrilled to hear that it’s thriving and delighting you with not only impressive blooms but also a lovely fragrant jasmine scent this year. It sounds like it has truly become a vibrant part of your garden, attracting bees and enhancing the environment — exactly the kind of joy we hope our plants bring.

For ongoing success, you might consider ensuring consistent watering during dry spells and applying a balanced fertilizer in early spring to keep those blooms abundant year after year. If you ever want to explore companion plants to enhance pollinator activity further, we’d be happy to help with recommendations!

Thank you again for your thoughtful feedback — it’s stories like yours that inspire us every day.
