As with all living plants, it is virtually impossible to achieve a 100% survival rate. That's why Nature Hills offers a 1-year Warranty.
For just 10% of the cost of your plants you get a 1 year, one-time warranty. If anything happens within one year after your plants ship, simply call us toll-free. We will send you a 100% store credit for the cost of the plants.
All we ask is a picture of the plants to verify they are dead.
Your warranty must be purchased at the time of checkout & cannot be added after your order is placed.
Garden Center products do not qualify. Any destruction of plants resulting from livestock, drought, insecticides or herbicides, fires, floods, etc. are not covered. Our guarantee does not cover plants that are planted in a Growing Zone not recommended for the plant. Zones are posted on each product page, please double check the recommended zone for your purchase. Flower bulbs and annual plants are not covered by our loss claims replacement policy. Warranty does not include shipping cost, and promotional pricing does not apply.
