All we ask is a picture of the plants to verify they are dead.
Your warranty must be purchased at the time of checkout & cannot be added after your order is placed.
Garden Center products do not qualify. Any destruction of plants resulting from livestock, drought, insecticides or herbicides, fires, floods, etc. are not covered. Our guarantee does not cover plants that are planted in a Growing Zone not recommended for the plant. Zones are posted on each product page, please double check the recommended zone for your purchase. Flower bulbs and annual plants are not covered by our loss claims replacement policy.
