Roses like this can be grown as single specimens and focal points, or combined with other Downton Abbey series blooms! Perfect as part of a carefully curated collection in your Rose garden! But what if we pushed the design envelope just a little more? Pair this shrub with Violet's matching Tree Form Rose to take things to new heights!

#ProPlantTips for Care:

Roses bloom best in full sun and need to be planted in generously mulched, enriched, well-drained soil and provide moderate, yet consistent moisture throughout the growing season. Ensuring the soil is enriched and well-drained to enjoy the best performance and good air circulation is important.

Water new plants regularly so they do not dry out between waterings and don't forget the Nature Hills Root Booster, to give this fragrant Rose life-long support when used during planting. Use 3-4 inches of arborist mulch to help keep the roots moist and keep the ground near your Roses hydrated on a regular schedule once established to support the blooms, avoiding splashing the foliage. Apply 3-4 inches of arborist mulch and apply Rose fertilizer 2-3 times a year for best results.

Prune canes to 6 - 8 inches above the crown in early spring. Read all you need about winterizing, and un-wintering your Roses in our Garden Blog, plus all the tips and tricks you need when pruning your new prized Rose bush!

  • Loves the Full Sun
  • Well-Drained Enriched Soil
  • Provide Moderate Regular Moisture & Mulch
  • Prune Early Spring
  • Disease-Resistant Easy Care Shrubs!

Perhaps it's time to rethink Roses! We think Lady Violet would approve! No matter how you use this beauty in your landscape, you'll love it. Order Violet's Pride™ Floribunda Rose today at NatureHills.com!

Rose Bush FAQs

Where Is The Best Place To Plant Rose Bushes?

Rose Trees need full sun and favor the drying power of the morning sun. Roses flower the best in at least 6 hours of direct sunlight a day. Choose a location in good, enriched soil that drains well and has good air circulation.

What Is The Best Month to Plant Roses?

You can plant Roses any time if you are able to provide enough consistent moisture and attention. While there is not a specific month that is best, generally because it changes with temperatures, climate and growing zone. However, the easiest times of the year to get Rose bushes established in your landscape are in spring after the last frost date, and in fall about 4-6 weeks before the first frost.
