To obtain a more accurate shipment time-frame, simply enter your zip code in the “Find Your Growing Zone” box to the right. Our plants are grown all over the country and lead time on items may be different because of this. Once your order is placed, you will also receive the specific shipment time-frame information as part of your order confirmation. Once an item ships, you will receive shipment notification and tracking numbers, so you can follow along while your plant travels to your doorstep. We use FedEx, UPS, or USPS at our discretion.
Due to winter weather we have put a hold on shipping to the areas shown below in grey. You can still order now and we will ship the plant to you during an appropriate time for your zone.

Nature Hills sells a large variety of plants with several options available. Plants are offered in both potted containers and as dormant bare root without soil. Here is a helpful resource to understand your options as you create a beautiful landscape with help from Nature Hills.

Seasonally, Nature Hills offers hand selected, high quality bare root trees, shrubs and perennials. Bare root plants are sold by height from the top of the root system to the top of the plant. Plants may be taller than the height minimums.

Big crepey ruffles, the Double Peach Tropical Hibiscus Shrubs (Hibiscus rosa-sinensis 'Double Peach') will delight you with their big double blossoms that are ruffled, curvy and frilly! The big blooms festoon the deep green airy upright growth and toothy foliage! The shrubby, upright, multi-stemmed plants and their glossy foliage look fantastic even when not in bloom, but bloom these do frequently throughout the growing season.
Bees, butterflies and hummingbirds will stop by your flowers to sip the nectar from the red centers (if you can see the centers among all the voluminous ruffles). These shrub-form tropicals do fantastic as indoor houseplants and as container plants on your patio and porch! Warm growing zones that are frost free can even enjoy them as year-round accents! Growing 5-10 feet in time, sometimes larger in the ground, these shrubby bushes can reach a 3-6 foot width.
Hardy outdoors year-round in USDA growing zones 10-11, but all other climates can use these plants as summer accents! Easy to care for, Tropical Hibiscus don't like being moved around a lot, preferring to settle into an area free of drafts in a bright sunny location that is warm. Moving plants indoors for the winter will result in a bit of leaf drop as they reacclimate to their new surroundings, but fret not, once they do get settled, they quickly recover!
Planting and Application:
Hibiscus are great for containers and planters! Happily growing in any pot with good drainage on a sunny porch or patio, balcony and rooftop garden! Place around pools and seating areas, front entries in a fancy pot to welcome you and your guests to your home. Dress up a bistro nook with colorful blooms or add pinpoint shade to your backyard spaces.
In frost-free growing zones, these are year-round shrubs that become fantastic privacy hedges, and screen off an eyesore or hide you from prying eyes. Prune as a hedge or leave as an informal backdrop planting and background plants behind other perennials and shrubs around your landscape. But once these are in bloom, there's no way they'll remain in the background for long! Once in bloom, these are fantastic specimens and focal points that draw all the attention!

Tropical Hibiscus loves full sun and also tolerates partial shade. Native to the tropics and preferring to grow in moist environments with nice warm conditions all year round, Hibiscus do best with regular fertility and enriched, organic soil. Prune or pinch back stems after flowering to encourage branching, remove damaged and head back leggy branches.
