Plant Sentry is designed to protect both consumers and the nursery trade from invasive plant pests and diseases. Sites that display the Plant Sentry protection badge are protected from consumers buying and nurseries shipping material carrying invasive pests and diseases.
This proprietary eCommerce software prevents the shipment of a restricted plant to each state. The Plant Sentry system includes a shipment certification program. The Plant Sentry Compliance Officer works closely with NatureHills.com and each nursery or fulfillment center to ensure only compliant plants are sold to customers.

Shipping
To obtain a more accurate shipment time-frame, simply enter your zip code in the “Find Your Growing Zone” box to the right. Our plants are grown all over the country and lead time on items may be different because of this. Once your order is placed, you will also receive the specific shipment time-frame information as part of your order confirmation. Once an item ships, you will receive shipment notification and tracking numbers, so you can follow along while your plant travels to your doorstep. We use FedEx, UPS, or USPS at our discretion.
Due to winter weather we have put a hold on shipping to the areas shown below in grey. You can still order now and we will ship the plant to you during an appropriate time for your zone.

Five different colors on one plant! Get all the summery hues in one with the Summer Pastel Yarrow (Achillea sibirica)! This gorgeous upright perennial features a wide range of pastel flowers that bloom from June through September! No need to choose a color because each container you receive will have a unique blend all its own!
This strain gives a wide range of soft pastel shades, from white through to cream, yellow, pink, salmon, mauve and red. The flowers open into flat-topped clusters of tiny florets, each with a yellow center that attracts a plethora of pollen-seeking native bees and beneficial insects, as well as plenty of nectar for butterflies and honeybees!
You will love this mixture of flowering hues for your cut flower garden! Giving you a wide array of options to create your perfect summer bouquets! Summer Pastel Yarrow was an All-America Selections winner in 1990, and truly one of the most exciting varieties to be added to the Yarrow family! Wonderfully cold, heat, humidity, and pest-resistant throughout USDA planting zones 3 to 9, there is little that bothers this hardy native perennial!
Planting and Application:
Summer Pastel Yarrows make a great addition to any Pollinator garden, Perennial garden, Cut flower garden, naturalized setting, or Cottage garden. Plant out groupings or rows of these darlings to get the best mixture of color! Any sunny site works great for these easygoing plants!
Even when not in bloom, the ferny green foliage mounds are the perfect accent for other plants. Lush and aromatic, the lacy leaves fill garden beds and containers with touchably soft greenery! Plant in sun-drenched porch or patio planters, or around a backyard seating area in a decorative container.
Rugged enough for hot and sunny Xeric gardens, Rock gardens, and mass plantings, Yarrow stands up to some harsh conditions once you get them established in their first year! Planting yours along sunny pathways, sidewalks, and along the street won't stop these perennials from blooming consistently all summer long!
- Mixture of Soft Pastel Hues - No Two Have The Same Blend!
- Flat-Topped Clusters of Tiny Florets
- Vital Nectar & Pollen For Bees & Butterflies
- Ferny Spreading Mounded Greenery
- Highly Adaptable Sun Garden, Container & En Masse Specimen or Accent
#ProPlantTips for Care:
An herbaceous perennial, Yarrow can tolerate poor soil conditions but does best in lean, dry-to-average moisture settings in very well-drained soil. Despising soggy soil and wet roots, avoid heavy clays and moist, rich, fertile soils. Yarrow should be planted in full sun and is tolerant to hot and humid summers.
Water consistently through their first year, but once established, Yarrow won't need much except during extended drought. Top-dress with a 3-4 inch deep layer of arborist mulch to not only make them look better but also hold moisture and insulate the roots best.
Deadhead spent flowers to encourage a rebloom. It is recommended you divide these perennials every 3-4 years in the spring and prune your mounds back each year in early spring before you see new growth. Attractive to butterflies, but pest, disease, deer and rabbit resistant, Yarrow are rugged little garden gems with a carefree attitude!
- Performs Beautifully in Heat & Full Sun
- Tolerates Dry Soil & Needs Well-Drained Sites
- Moderate to Low Moisture Needs Once Established
- Prune Early Spring
- Drought Tolerant
- Rabbits & Deer Resist This Cultivar
