#ProPlantTips for Care:
Hybrid Tea Roses need full sun, so provide at least six hours of sunshine a day, favoring the morning sun if you have it! Ensuring the soil is enriched and well-drained for the healthiest plants possible, and be sure to provide good air circulation. If you have heavy, wet soil, simply add additional soil to create an elevated planting mound.
Water new plants regularly so they do not dry out between waterings. Use mulch to help keep the roots moist and keep the ground near your Roses watered at the roots on a regular schedule once established to support the blooms. Roses appreciate a regular schedule of Rose fertilizer, following the instructions on the label. It takes a lot of nourishment to produce those exquisite flowers!
Prune Hybrid Tea Roses in early spring, removing any broken branches. Trim it down by shortening up the canes to 6-8 inches, cutting at a 45-degree angle just above a larger bud. Thin out the thickest canes down to ground level. This will leave younger, thinner canes to flourish and produce the healthiest blooms. In the fall, rake, and bag any fallen leaf litter to place in the yard waste.
