Plant Sentry™

Plant Sentry is designed to protect both consumers and the nursery trade from invasive plant pests and diseases. Sites that display the Plant Sentry protection badge are protected from consumers buying and nurseries shipping material carrying invasive pests and diseases.

This proprietary eCommerce software prevents the shipment of a restricted plant to each state. The Plant Sentry system includes a shipment certification program. The Plant Sentry Compliance Officer works closely with NatureHills.com and each nursery or fulfillment center to ensure only compliant plants are sold to customers.

Delivery and Shipping

Shipping

To obtain a more accurate shipment time-frame, simply enter your zip code in the “Find Your Growing Zone” box to the right. Our plants are grown all over the country and lead time on items may be different because of this. Once your order is placed, you will also receive the specific shipment time-frame information as part of your order confirmation. Once an item ships, you will receive shipment notification and tracking numbers, so you can follow along while your plant travels to your doorstep. We use FedEx, UPS, or USPS at our discretion.

Due to winter weather we have put a hold on shipping to the areas shown below in grey. You can still order now and we will ship the plant to you during an appropriate time for your zone.

*If you have found your zone already, it will be highlighted in the table below.

Standard Shipping Rates

At Nature Hills we handle, package and ship the products you order with the utmost care to ensure healthy delivery. Shipping and handling charges are calculated based on the tables below. Buy the St. Cloud Blueberry Bush (Vaccinium corymbosum 'St. Cloud') you can start picking fruit weeks earlier than many other Blueberry varieties. This bush covers itself with white flowers in late spring and massive numbers of dark blue berries in early to mid-summer. You will have plenty to eat and plenty to give away!

St. Cloud is a midsized, upright shrub with lots of dense branching! Ideal for colder climates, these Blueberry bushes are special in that they not only produce delicious fruit but are also beneficial as an ornamental shrub! They are incredible pollinator and songbird attractions for your landscape too!

Blueberry plants make a great addition to your home garden, landscape or orchard. They are high in antioxidants and provide many nutritional benefits. St. Cloud blueberries excel with all of these traits and more!

Planting and Application:

Tall enough for low privacy and screening, these dense flowering and fruiting shrubs pull double-duty in your garden! Let your hedges fill your fruit bowl and your foundation plantings make jam! Go ahead and plant groupings around your back seating areas for some screening and add a few in sunny patio pots or on your balcony!

Perfect for raised bed plantings and large containers, they are beautiful landscape plants and fit into any border or perennial bed with ease! In the fall the leaves turn a vibrant red-orange that lights up the landscape, giving you 3 seasons of ornamental beauty!

  • Healthy Sweet Dark-Blue Fruit
  • Lovely Bell-Shaped Flowers
  • Early to Mid-Summer Harvest
  • Huge Yields of Juicy Fruit
  • Hardy Plants for Northern Gardens

#ProPlantTips for Care:

Give St. Cloud six hours of sun or more a day and plant another cold climate Blueberry to cross-pollinate and you'll have mouthwatering berries all growing season long! These are easy-going plants, but they have shallow root systems, so plant in enriched fertile organic soil and mulch the root system well.

  • Full Sun
  • Slightly Acidic Well-Drained Soil
  • Moderate Consistent Moisture & Mulched Beds
  • Prune When Dormant
  • 800-1000 Chill Hours

Nature Hills only sells strong, healthy, field-grown plants so you know that you're getting the best available. Order St. Cloud Blueberry today at NatureHills.com and enjoy a summer full of fresh fruit!
