This proprietary eCommerce software prevents the shipment of a restricted plant to each state. The Plant Sentry system includes a shipment certification program. The Plant Sentry Compliance Officer works closely with NatureHills.com and each nursery or fulfillment center to ensure only compliant plants are sold to customers.

To obtain a more accurate shipment time-frame, simply enter your zip code in the “Find Your Growing Zone” box to the right. Our plants are grown all over the country and lead time on items may be different because of this. Once your order is placed, you will also receive the specific shipment time-frame information as part of your order confirmation. Once an item ships, you will receive shipment notification and tracking numbers, so you can follow along while your plant travels to your doorstep. We use FedEx, UPS, or USPS at our discretion.
Due to winter weather we have put a hold on shipping to the areas shown below in grey. You can still order now and we will ship the plant to you during an appropriate time for your zone.

Buying Options for Plants
Nature Hills sells a large variety of plants with several options available. Plants are offered in both potted containers and as dormant bare root without soil. Here is a helpful resource to understand your options as you create a beautiful landscape with help from Nature Hills.

Seasonally, Nature Hills offers hand selected, high quality bare root trees, shrubs and perennials. Bare root plants are sold by height from the top of the root system to the top of the plant. Plants may be taller than the height minimums.

The heavenly spires of white blossoms rising above the dark green aromatic foliage of Salute™ White Salvia (Salvia nemerosa 'Salute White') make this a sight to behold! Especially when smothered in bees and butterflies! The fragrant blooms rise tall above a dense mound of green leaves for all to enjoy.
White Salvia are aromatic herbs related to perennial Sage and the fragrant herb, unfortunately, these are not good for culinary uses, but they are incredibly beautiful vertical textures for the garden bed and border. Even stunning when included in floral arrangements too!
Salute™ blooms about late spring or early summer and produces long-lasting flower spikes. Deadhead this first flush to enjoy another again in late summer or early fall depending on your climate. Hardy from growing zone 5 through 9, these herbaceous perennials can tolerate a wide range of temperatures and climates.
Planting and Application:
Perennial Sage is highly ornamental and the upright, tidy clumps are ideal in any sunny garden setting. Plant as edging along walkways and borders, or intersperse throughout perennial borders, cut flower beds, pollinator or wildflower garden or use to attract bees to your vegetable garden!

Salvias do best in full sun and planted in almost any type of well-drained soil. Supply a moderate amount of water for best results, although this durable plant is drought-tolerant once established. Prune in late autumn after frost has killed back the tops of this herbaceous perennial.
Adding Nature Hills Root Booster during planting provides life-long support, and 3-4 inches of arborist mulch around your plants, especially when planted in harsh conditions to better retain soil moisture and insulate the roots from heat and cold.
So easy to grow and very low maintenance! Deadhead or cut back after flowering to promote reblooming, keeping the blooms returning longer! Cut the entire perennial down in late winter or early spring. Divide every 3-5 years to maintain vigor.
