#ProPlantTips for Care:
You may be wondering how to care for Calla Lilies and we all want to be the best plant parents out there! Calla Lily care is quite easy to get a hang of since they're so versatile! They can grow in many conditions. Give your new Calla Lily a location with full sun or part sun. They love to soak up that afternoon sun, but it's okay if the morning shade is on them.
You can use many different well-drained soil types for this adaptable plant! All they need is well-drained soil so their roots don't drown! Water your Royal Majesty Calla Lily Blend regularly, especially while it is in its first growing season! A good rule of thumb is to water when the soil is dry knuckle deep. Prune your Calla Lily that is grown year-round in the spring before blooming. This ensures a cleaner and healthier bloom during the upcoming season!
Plant your rhizomes in the spring if you live in frost-free climates 8 to 10, but northern growers can plant these in the winter as forced bulbs, or in the spring outdoors after the threat of frost has passed. Growing Zones 7 and under can dig them up and store them for the winter as you would Dahlia or Canna bulbs, keeping them in cool storage in garages or sheds for the winter months.
- Full Sun Perennial Rhizomes
- Well-Drained Organic Soil
- Regular Moisture Access - No Soggy Soil
- Trim Yellowed Foliage
- Can Be Dug In Fall Like Canna & Dahlia In Colder Climates
