To obtain a more accurate shipment time-frame, simply enter your zip code in the “Find Your Growing Zone” box to the right. Our plants are grown all over the country and lead time on items may be different because of this. Once your order is placed, you will also receive the specific shipment time-frame information as part of your order confirmation. Once an item ships, you will receive shipment notification and tracking numbers, so you can follow along while your plant travels to your doorstep. We use FedEx, UPS, or USPS at our discretion.
Due to winter weather we have put a hold on shipping to the areas shown below in grey. You can still order now and we will ship the plant to you during an appropriate time for your zone.

Nature Hills sells a large variety of plants with several options available. Plants are offered in both potted containers and as dormant bare root without soil. Here is a helpful resource to understand your options as you create a beautiful landscape with help from Nature Hills.

Seasonally, Nature Hills offers hand selected, high quality bare root trees, shrubs and perennials. Bare root plants are sold by height from the top of the root system to the top of the plant. Plants may be taller than the height minimums.

While these treats aren't minty, the pure white fringed petals are candy-striped with bright red and have a deliriously sweet scent! Each of these bowls of beauty is full of a crown of bright yellow anthers at the center of each glorious bloom!
Backed by a dense clump of lobed, green foliage, the sturdy stems of these long-lasting perfumed blooms stand tall to resist flopping! They also hold up as focal points in the vase for weeks when picked just as the buds begin to barely unfurl! After just a couple years in the ground, you'll enjoy lush green clumps 24-36 inches tall when in bloom and 3-4 feet wide all growing season! Then in fall, the glossy foliage transforms to purplish or gold!
Quality bareroot herbaceous Peonies grow from compact rhizomes with thick, fleshy roots and several 'eyes', and are best planted in the fall or early spring. So cold hardy and rugged blooms, Chrysanthemum-form Peony thrive in USDA growing zones 3-8 with little maintenance.

This perennial is long-lived and tenacious. Plant your Peony in a sunny spot with well-drained soil, ensuring good air circulation. Provide well-drained moderate moisture while first establishing, but then once established, these rhizomes are drought tolerant. This tenacious perennial will come back and flower year after year and reliably produce stunning flowers in late spring. Deadhead after bloom and cut the foliage down after it yellows.
