Pick the ripe Figs when the texture turns soft. Use garden shears or hand-pick your crops with a gentle tug upward.

Dressed up and adorned with bright green, and yellow-cream variegated stripes, Panache shows off their juicy curves. And as they ripen, they have another wardrobe change from stripes to solid yellow then a finale of verdant green. With blazing red insides, these Figs are beautiful and delectable!

Heat and humidity-tolerant plants, Ficus are adapted to Mediterranean climates throughout USDA growing zones 8-10. Growing to a smaller, compact 12-18 feet in height and width, you can prune and train these trees to suit your landscapes' individual needs!

#ProPlantTips for Care:

The more sun it receives, the sweeter, more plentiful your harvest will be. Fig trees don't require a lot of fuss to keep them looking and performing their best. They'll do best in well-drained soil. Give Fig trees an even amount of water on a regular basis to avoid splitting fruit. Use the Finger Test to determine when to water. Stick your finger into the soil near the plant up to the 2nd knuckle. Getting dry? Time to water. Still moist? Skip watering and check in a day or two. They'll like a thick layer of mulch over their root systems, and you'll appreciate the savings on your water bill. Pull mulch back 6 inches back from the trunk.

Provide this deciduous wonder with plenty of sun. It adapts well to a wide range of soil types and only needs additional water during the hottest times of the year. It will begin producing figs within two to three years after planting and does best with 100 chill hours.

  • Full Sun & Regular Watering for the Most Fruit
  • Highly Adaptable to a Wide Variety of Soils
  • Easily Pruned When Dormant
  • Hardy in USDA Zones 8-10
  • 100 Chill Hours

If you're in need of a show-stopping plant in your yard, you need a Panache Tiger Fig Tree. This cultivar has stuck around longer than most because of its superb performance. Don't miss out, order yours at NatureHills.com today!
