#ProPlantTips for Care:
Oak Trees need full sun to do their best and have the best growth. Plant your Oak in a well-drained location with regular moisture access during their first year in the ground, providing deep waterings to encourage a deep root system. Mulch the entire root zone to make acorn clean-up easier and add a finishing touch to your landscape's aesthetic. Mulch also holds in moisture more consistently in the soil and benefits your tree greatly! If needed, prune your tree in late winter to correct its growth and shape, remove broken limbs and winter dieback.
- Full Sun
- Well-Drained Soil - Highly Adaptable
- Moderate Moisture - Occasional High Moisture Once Established
- Prune When Dormant
- Can Retain Dried Leaves Until Spring
