Great tree

I bought two of these Jane Magnolia trees in May 2022. They were young plantings and they slowly grew and started showing flowers. Unfortunately, we lost one of them last year when our weather warmed up and then had a late frost. The other survived somehow. It's frustrating when you never know why one plant doesn't make it and the other does. I hope to replace it and that it will catch up in growth with the other.

Very Pretty blooms

Looks like I picked it up at the local nursery!

I really wanted a Jane Magnolia again at my new house, but the local nurseries were not stocking them this year. Not wanting to wait another year, I took a chance and ordered the #2 container here. It was in transit for 4 days and looked a little tired as expected on arrival, but even after a few hours out of the box in the fresh air, I could tell it was going to recover beautifully. It had many branches of full, lush foliage even after I took off the parts that were damaged in shipping. Although it had already bloomed, I was happy with the healthy, strong condition and the moist container. The container was packaged very well, wrapped and tied in plastic bag to keep the soil and roots moist and the pot was stapled to the box to keep it stable (well done!) Unfortunately, it was packed with a Genie Magnolia that had lost most if its leaves in transit and had slugs on it! I was so surprised at the difference in my two items. The Jane Magnolia was the clear winner.
