To obtain a more accurate shipment time-frame, simply enter your zip code in the “Find Your Growing Zone” box to the right. Our plants are grown all over the country and lead time on items may be different because of this. Once your order is placed, you will also receive the specific shipment time-frame information as part of your order confirmation. Once an item ships, you will receive shipment notification and tracking numbers, so you can follow along while your plant travels to your doorstep. We use FedEx, UPS, or USPS at our discretion.
Due to winter weather we have put a hold on shipping to the areas shown below in grey. You can still order now and we will ship the plant to you during an appropriate time for your zone.

Nature Hills offers plants in two main formats:
- Container Plants: Grown in pots with soil, sized by container volume and plant age
- Bare Root Plants: Dormant plants without soil, sized by height measurements
Container Plant Sizes
Container sizes indicate plant age and growing capacity rather than liquid volume equivalents. Our containers follow industry-standard nursery "trade gallon" specifications, which differ from standard liquid gallon measurements.

Deep blue spires of aromatic flowers, the graceful Kit Cat Catmint (Nepeta x faassenii 'Kit Cat') is a real tough perennial for anywhere in the landscape! Edging, pollinators, fragrance, blooms that won't stop and easy care, you can't go wrong adding Kit Cat to any sunny spot in your garden without worrying about deer, weather and drought!
The soft grey-green foliage forms rounded mounds and flowers all spring and into summer. Deadheading will encourage new blooms in fall until frost! The fragrant deep blue flowers attract loads of butterflies, bees, and beneficial insects but seem to deter deer and rabbits, so use them as companion plants and facer plants as a buffer between plants that are more susceptible to damage and these pesky garden visitors.
Kit Cat is especially cold and heat-hardy, thriving in growing zones 3 through 9 with ease! Spreading to a 12-18 inch tall and wide ball of aromatic purple perfection, these are vibrant plants to use anywhere in the landscape!
Planting and Application:
Kit Cat is low growing and forms neat, tidy balls of aromatic color, even if not in flower. Use as edging and garden bed definition throughout pollinator beds and cutting gardens so you and your garden visitors can enjoy these blossoms to their fullest! Standing up to weather and storms as nicely as they do in a dining room vase!
Catmint love heat and sunny dry areas so add them to that difficult patch along sidewalks, pathways or driveways without worry salt and harsh conditions will bother them too much. Just as adaptable to more pampered garden plots and planters, Catmint will do great in patio and front entry containers, porch window boxes and pots, or in cottage gardens and sensory plantings!
