Despite being small and not very showy the flowers are loved by butterflies and bees, then produce pink capsules from mid to late fall.

The Canadale Gold Wintercreeper is very heat-tolerant and cold-hardy throughout USDA zones 4 to 9, this Euonymus is a multi-stemmed evergreen shrub with a ground-hugging habit of growth. Its relatively fine texture sets it apart from other landscape plants with less refined foliage.

Planting and Application:

Euonymus remain compact, which makes them excellent modern foundation plants. It can be grown in either a formal, clipped hedge or left to grow in its natural form. Canadale Gold also works well when planted in a row of specimen plants that stand alone as individual small shrubs.
