To obtain a more accurate shipment time-frame, simply enter your zip code in the “Find Your Growing Zone” box to the right. Our plants are grown all over the country and lead time on items may be different because of this. Once your order is placed, you will also receive the specific shipment time-frame information as part of your order confirmation. Once an item ships, you will receive shipment notification and tracking numbers, so you can follow along while your plant travels to your doorstep. We use FedEx, UPS, or USPS at our discretion.
Due to winter weather we have put a hold on shipping to the areas shown below in grey. You can still order now and we will ship the plant to you during an appropriate time for your zone.

Nature Hills offers plants in two main formats:
- Container Plants: Grown in pots with soil, sized by container volume and plant age
- Bare Root Plants: Dormant plants without soil, sized by height measurements
Container Plant Sizes
Container sizes indicate plant age and growing capacity rather than liquid volume equivalents. Our containers follow industry-standard nursery "trade gallon" specifications, which differ from standard liquid gallon measurements.

Bare Root Plants
Bare root plants are sold by height from the root system to the top of the plant. Plants may exceed minimum height requirements.

- Shrubs & Perennials: 1 foot, 18 inches, 2 feet

Big fluttering petals, the creamy white petals of Callies Memory Peony (Paeonia 'Callies Memory') are tinged in lavender-pink edges and accented with bright magenta-red feathered spots at the base of each! Pollinators will feel upstaged by these glorious blooms! Nearly double, the large blooms are each crowned with a golden ring of anthers in the centers of each!
Fast-growing in green leafy mounds of foliage that highlight the amazing flowers and then look great as fillers and background foliage for the remainder of the growing season! Amazingly fragrant and eye-catching blooms for the floral bouquet, when you snip the blossoms just as the buds start to show color, giving you a long-lasting display!
Callies Memory Peony plants live for up to 50 years and Itoh Peonies were created by cross-breeding herbaceous Peonies with Tree Peonies, creating these fantastic new hybrids! Hardy throughout USDA growing zones 3 through 8, these ornamental flowering rhizomes have thick, fleshy roots with several 'eyes' each.
Planting and Application:
In addition to being favorites in the pollinator garden and the cut flower border, use Callies Memory Peony along walkways as a space-saving filler for a scented footpath and around your garden, in cottage gardens and as focal points in your front yard plantings.
Peonies are wonderful green, leafy accents both in bloom and throughout the growing season, looking great in the sunny garden both in front and backyards! They fill out fast in leafy green mounds and are reliable foliage backdrops for their own blooms as they are great fillers and garden backdrops in the landscape! Remaining beautiful long after the flowers fade.

#ProPlantTips for Care:
Itoh Peony rhizomes have the strongest stems in full sun and grow best away from trees and shrubs, as competition for nutrients and moisture inhibits their growth. Plant in an enriched, well-drained environment. It is pretty low maintenance and prefers average moisture, in a decently sheltered environment for optimum growth, that also has good air circulation.
The enormous blooms may need staking to help support the stems against storms and the driving summer rain. Put down a 3-4 inch layer of arborist mulch chips around the base of your plant to hold in more moisture. For continued healthy growth, Deadhead the faded flowers and wait to trim down the foliage as the leaves begin to fade in the fall.
