Plant Sentry™

Plant Sentry is designed to protect both consumers and the nursery trade from invasive plant pests and diseases. Sites that display the Plant Sentry protection badge are protected from consumers buying and nurseries shipping material carrying invasive pests and diseases.

This proprietary eCommerce software prevents the shipment of a restricted plant to each state. The Plant Sentry system includes a shipment certification program. The Plant Sentry Compliance Officer works closely with NatureHills.com and each nursery or fulfillment center to ensure only compliant plants are sold to customers.

Modestly sized, reaching an easy-to-reach 12-18 feet tall, you can keep these pruned smaller yet to make harvest easier, or to tuck into an existing orchard or smaller property. An interesting Cherry tree, known to possess strong medicinal properties, rich nutritional content, mainly Vitamin C content. It is rich in vitamin A and vitamins B1, B2, and B3, as well as a rich source of bioflavonoids and carotenoids, which provide a high nutritive value and antioxidants!

Planting and Application:

Perfect edible landscaping plants, the fruit is commonly used to make pulps, juices, and vitamin C concentrates. It is also a common ingredient in baby foods. Acerola is also grown as an ornamental for your edible gardening needs.

  • Partial Shade/Partial Sun Locations
  • Moderate Moisture & Consistent Fertilizer
  • Prune After Fruiting
  • See our Garden Blog for more Fruit Tree Care
