To obtain a more accurate shipment time-frame, simply enter your zip code in the “Find Your Growing Zone” box to the right. Our plants are grown all over the country and lead time on items may be different because of this. Once your order is placed, you will also receive the specific shipment time-frame information as part of your order confirmation. Once an item ships, you will receive shipment notification and tracking numbers, so you can follow along while your plant travels to your doorstep. We use FedEx, UPS, or USPS at our discretion.
Due to winter weather we have put a hold on shipping to the areas shown below in grey. You can still order now and we will ship the plant to you during an appropriate time for your zone.

Nature Hills sells a large variety of plants with several options available. Plants are offered in both potted containers and as dormant bare root without soil. Here is a helpful resource to understand your options as you create a beautiful landscape with help from Nature Hills.

Seasonally, Nature Hills offers hand selected, high quality bare root trees, shrubs and perennials. Bare root plants are sold by height from the top of the root system to the top of the plant. Plants may be taller than the height minimums.

Bright purple blooms, the Adansa® Purple Serbian Bellflower (Campanula poscharskyana 'Purple') is a gorgeous little ground-hugger that smothers itself in purple stars all spring and summer! The way the buds swell and look like little purple balloons before popping open into pointed stars is how these delightful perennials got their name!
Forming masses of purple flowers on short stems that cover the entire mat-forming little plant from late spring into summer! This is a great little spreading perennial that looks great the rest of the growing season, even between waves of blooms!
Purple Bellflowers thrive in a wide range of climates and growing zones from 3 through 9! Keeping themselves in a tidy, low-growing mound of fresh green leaves 6-12"" tall and 12-18"" wide. The late spring to mid-summer and if deadheaded it may rebloom in fall!
Planting and Application:
Serbian Bellflower are fantastic edging for spilling over retaining walls, softening fences, and as edging where they can meander and drapes themselves over stones and garden sides. Thriving in heat and sun, don't be afraid to line walkways and use them as low borders along the sidewalk, driveway and between rocks in garden paths. Easy to grow Bellflower are tough little perennials that love the full sun, but in hotter summers does prefer a touch of afternoon shade. Provide evenly moist well-drained soils for best results and mulch the site 3-4 inches deep. Deadhead old blooms to encourage a rebloom and clean the mound in early spring.
