#ProPlantTips for Care:
Let's Dance® Can Do™ Lacecap Hydrangea performs best in full sun in cooler USDA zone 4. Though appreciating afternoon shade during the worst of summer's heat, and when planted in the warmer of the growing zones. Tolerating full shade in the hottest growing zones up to 9, especially in dryer climates.
Performing best in consistently moist, well-drained soils that do not dry out between waterings. Not particular on soil type, Hydrangea thrives in sandy, loam, clay, and humus soils as long as they drain well and won't sit in water.
However, for optimal growth and health, Hydrangea grows their best in moist, organically rich medium. Even tolerant of salt spray and roadside conditions. Blooming on new and old wood, you won't miss out on the blooms even if there's an early spring frost.
Mountain Hydrangea are natives to the US and thrive in moist, woodland areas. A generous layer of mulch helps retain soil moisture as well as insulate the root system from heat and chill.
Let's Dance® Can Do™ is colored depending on your soil's pH. Higher acidic soils result in lavender-blue blooms while alkaline soils result in pink. Neutral soil pH lends a purple coloration.
Incorporate some romance into your landscape with the unique ruffled blossoms of the Proven Winners® ColorChoice® Let's Dance® Can Do™ Mountain Hydrangea from Nature Hills Nursery today!
