To obtain a more accurate shipment time-frame, simply enter your zip code in the “Find Your Growing Zone” box to the right. Our plants are grown all over the country and lead time on items may be different because of this. Once your order is placed, you will also receive the specific shipment time-frame information as part of your order confirmation. Once an item ships, you will receive shipment notification and tracking numbers, so you can follow along while your plant travels to your doorstep. We use FedEx, UPS, or USPS at our discretion.
Due to winter weather we have put a hold on shipping to the areas shown below in grey. You can still order now and we will ship the plant to you during an appropriate time for your zone.

Nature Hills sells a large variety of plants with several options available. Plants are offered in both potted containers and as dormant bare root without soil. Here is a helpful resource to understand your options as you create a beautiful landscape with help from Nature Hills.
Ever wonder what a larger plant will mean for your landscape? Container Sizes are really all about the age of the plant!
Seasonally, Nature Hills offers hand selected, high quality bare root trees, shrubs and perennials. Bare root plants are sold by height from the top of the root system to the top of the plant. Plants may be taller than the height minimums.

Perennial Garden Sage is a garden and pollinator delight, and nothing shines more than these unique snowy-white flowering Perennial Salvias! Introducing the Bumblesnow Salvia (Salvia nemorosa 'Bumblesnow') that aromatically lights up the garden with its green foliage mounds and green spires delicately packed with white bi-lipped little blossoms!
Butterflies and bees, and even a few hummingbirds will arrive to check out these lovely perennials! You'll love having their vertical spires as thrillers and upright texture in the garden and in your bouquets indoors all spring and summer! Remember to deadhead any blooms you don't gather as cut flowers to encourage a rebloom!
Very cold and heat tolerant throughout USDA growing zones 3 to 8, Salvia can handle about anything thrown at them in your landscape! Growing into politely spreading clumps 10-12 inches tall when in bloom, and spreading 12-14 inches wide!

Full sun plants, these hardy and easy-to-grow flowering Sages have average to low water requirements, you'll not need to worry about the summer heat but bloom best with regular watering and a 3-4 inch thick layer of mulch around the root system. Salt and drought-tolerant and adaptable to nearly all organically rich, any well-drained soil is perfect for these low-maintenance plants. Deadheading the old flowers will reward you with more blooms. In the fall, once the plant foliage has died back from frost, can be pruned back near the ground to await the winter snows.
