To obtain a more accurate shipment time-frame, simply enter your zip code in the “Find Your Growing Zone” box to the right. Our plants are grown all over the country and lead time on items may be different because of this. Once your order is placed, you will also receive the specific shipment time-frame information as part of your order confirmation. Once an item ships, you will receive shipment notification and tracking numbers, so you can follow along while your plant travels to your doorstep. We use FedEx, UPS, or USPS at our discretion.
Due to winter weather we have put a hold on shipping to the areas shown below in grey. You can still order now and we will ship the plant to you during an appropriate time for your zone.

Seasonally, Nature Hills offers hand selected, high quality bare root trees, shrubs and perennials. Bare root plants are sold by height from the top of the root system to the top of the plant. Plants may be taller than the height minimums.

Choose a sun-soaked spot in your landscape and water Take it Easy™ Rose Trees deeply. Ensure container plants have adequate drainage and winter protection. Provide consistent moisture throughout the growing season and in a full-sun location with good air circulation.
Rose Tree Care & Pruning
Some winter protection for Tree Form Roses is suggested for the cooler zones by overwintering your Rose in an unheated garage after it goes dormant, or outside with a straw and burlap wrap. Then in spring, take it back out or unwrap it and trim the head back to about a sphere just as it begins to grow again in spring. Keep new blooms returning with occasional deadheading, quickly improving your overall display.
Prune away suckers and branching that forms at the base or on the trunk each year too. Pruning Roses allows for better, bushier growth each year and stimulates new growth. Shape your Rose Tree in early spring and be sure to plant it in rich, fast-draining soil. This Shrub Rose should not be pruned in fall or winter but wait until spring just as it starts to grow and then trim all branches leaving a ball of stems each spring.
