This proprietary eCommerce software prevents the shipment of a restricted plant to each state. The Plant Sentry system includes a shipment certification program. The Plant Sentry Compliance Officer works closely with NatureHills.com and each nursery or fulfillment center to ensure only compliant plants are sold to customers.

Delivery and Shipping
Delivery and Shipping
Shipping
To obtain a more accurate shipment time-frame, simply enter your zip code in the “Find Your Growing Zone” box to the right. Our plants are grown all over the country and lead time on items may be different because of this. Once your order is placed, you will also receive the specific shipment time-frame information as part of your order confirmation. Once an item ships, you will receive shipment notification and tracking numbers, so you can follow along while your plant travels to your doorstep. We use FedEx, UPS, or USPS at our discretion.
Due to winter weather we have put a hold on shipping to the areas shown below in grey. You can still order now and we will ship the plant to you during an appropriate time for your zone.

It is sure to have all the neighbors peeking over the fence to see how you do it! Part of a great series of Tall Phlox that has large blooms on compact plants staying shorter than most. The flower color (although listed as red) does have a blend of purplish-red and pink - truly a hard to find in Phlox!
Younique™ Red blooms appear in fragrant clusters all summer through fall, and stand tall and densely packed atop robust, mildew-resistant mounds of deep green foliage. These gorgeous wands are often smothered in pollinators, and Hummingbirds galore! Snip a few for your bouquets indoors and perfume your dining table without feeling you are depriving your bees - Phlox will just make more!
Tall Garden Phlox are very adaptable and displays improved mildew resistance! Growing throughout USDA growing zones 5 to 9, Younique™ Red won't fade in the heat or the summer sun! Growing only to a 15-18 inch tall mound when in bloom, the mounds of lush greenery spread to 12-15 inches in width in well-drained soil.

Add a warm welcome to your sun-drenched front entry, or spice up around a backyard patio garden and seating area! Create groupings or use the mounds of green foliage as edging to add definition and beauty to your landscape even when these perennials are not in bloom.
Butterflies and Bees flock to these nectar sources and these tough Phlox are great for use in a Rock Garden as a summery accent that continues to light up your dreary autumn hues. A no-brainer in Cutting gardens, you'll gain armloads of fragrant blooms for your indoor vases and bouquets! Need to cheer someone up? #ProPlantTips for Care:
Plant herbaceous perennial Garden Phlox in full sun and good Air Circulation - at least six hours of sunlight for the most flowers and brightest color. Provide well-drained soil, and be sure to give them supplemental water during their first year and apply water in a prolonged drought. Apply a three-inch layer of mulch around your plant, but make sure to pull it back from the stems.
Prune Tall Phlox right after the blossoms fade and tidy up the mounds in late autumn after frost. While no plant is truly deer resistant, they do not prefer the taste of these plants. But, if you live in Deer Country, be sure to use Deer Repellent during planting, guided by the instructions on the label.
- Full Sun Blooms
- Regular Moisture & Well-Drained Soil
- Deadhead After Flowering & Prune Late Autumn
- Cold Hardy & Easy-Care Plants & Widely Adaptable
- Deer Don't Prefer the Taste
