Plant Sentry™

Plant Sentry is designed to protect both consumers and the nursery trade from invasive plant pests and diseases. Sites that display the Plant Sentry protection badge are protected from consumers buying and nurseries shipping material carrying invasive pests and diseases.

This proprietary eCommerce software prevents the shipment of a restricted plant to each state. The Plant Sentry system includes a shipment certification program. The Plant Sentry Compliance Officer works closely with NatureHills.com and each nursery or fulfillment center to ensure only compliant plants are sold to customers.

Delivery and Shipping

Shipping

To obtain a more accurate shipment time-frame, simply enter your zip code in the “Find Your Growing Zone” box to the right. Our plants are grown all over the country and lead time on items may be different because of this. Once your order is placed, you will also receive the specific shipment time-frame information as part of your order confirmation. Once an item ships, you will receive shipment notification and tracking numbers, so you can follow along while your plant travels to your doorstep. We use FedEx, UPS, or USPS at our discretion.

Due to winter weather we have put a hold on shipping to the areas shown below in grey. You can still order now and we will ship the plant to you during an appropriate time for your zone.

*If you have found your zone already, it will be highlighted in the table below.

Romantic pure white blooms streaked in pinks and green, the Weber's Parrot Tulip (Tulipa 'Weber's') has petals that are curvy and look gathered, ruffled and ruched! The voluminous blossoms are so dramatic that you'll want armloads of them for your indoor bouquets!

Opening to reveal a prominent green stripe with white and pink interiors, Weber's Parrot Tulip might bloom a bit differently, but they still feature the wide, soft-green leaves and rosette-style foliage like other Tulip family members!

Both the novice and the experienced gardener will enjoy these spring-flowering bulbs for their incredible cold hardiness and ease of care you'd expect from the family too! Perennial bulbs are perfect for everyone and their size accommodates yards both big or small!

Planting and Application:

Perfect as both a formal accent or whimsical informal delight, anywhere you use these gorgeous flowering bulbs will call attention! We're sure you'll want a few of these gorgeous blossoms, so plant them en masse, in long winding rows or in groupings to really show them off! They add dramatic texture and form, plus incredibly colorful bouquets, so they are must-haves for the cutting garden!

Use throughout perennial and cottage gardens or as edging and low definition. Add these romantic ruffled petals anywhere in your landscape's beds and borders. Mix among other spring bulbs or intersperse among larger perennials and shrubs. Ideal in planters around porches and patios to really dress up your outdoor rooms as beautifully as they dress up your indoor vases and bouquets!

  • Romantic Ruffled & Ruched Petals
  • Green Striped White Blossoms Accented With Pink
  • Soft Green Wide Foliage
  • Cold Hardy Perennial Bulb
  • Fragrant Spring Color for Bouquets, Beds, Borders & Planters

#ProPlantTips for Care:

Tulip bulbs should be planted in the fall 6 to 8 weeks before a hard freeze. Plant pointed end up, at least 8 inches deep. The soil should be well-drained and in full to partial sun location. Tulips do not like wet soil so water only when planting if it gets very dry in the fall or during prolonged drought.

  • Moderate Moisture
  • Well-Drained Enriched Site
  • Deadhead After Bloom Fades
  • Rots in Soggy Soil
