To obtain a more accurate shipment time-frame, simply enter your zip code in the “Find Your Growing Zone” box to the right. Our plants are grown all over the country and lead time on items may be different because of this. Once your order is placed, you will also receive the specific shipment time-frame information as part of your order confirmation. Once an item ships, you will receive shipment notification and tracking numbers, so you can follow along while your plant travels to your doorstep. We use FedEx, UPS, or USPS at our discretion.
Due to winter weather we have put a hold on shipping to the areas shown below in grey. You can still order now and we will ship the plant to you during an appropriate time for your zone.

Seasonally, Nature Hills offers hand selected, high quality bare root trees, shrubs and perennials. Bare root plants are sold by height from the top of the root system to the top of the plant. Plants may be taller than the height minimums.

As its name implies, the State of Grace™ Rose is a sight for sore eyes. This medium-sized bush produces large blooms with romantically ruffled petals. The State of Grace's™ center petals maintains a flamboyant frill while its outer petals are delightfully rounded and flat.
Most remarkable of all is the coloration of the State of Grace™. This Rose has all the dappled beauty of apricot with orangey peach to salmon hues on the reverse. As its blooms become kissed by the sun and transform into a honey orange in the center.
The State of Grace™ remains rounded, compact, and full. This cultivar was developed for the U.S., making it an English Rose that doesn't become wiry with unsightly canes! Very cold-hardy throughout USDA growing zones 4 and up, these 4-5 foot tall and wide ornamentals bloom abundantly for you all growing season long.

Roses typically do best in full sun (6 hours of direct sunlight per day), but State of Grace™ Rose can handle some partial shade, especially in the hotter of its favored growing zone range of USDA 4 to 9! However, as with almost all fruiting and flowering plants, you'll enjoy larger and increased flowering when planted in more light. Plant this beauty in a location with good air circulation, in rich, moist but fast-draining soil, and enjoy years of gorgeous blooms in return! Appreciating regular moisture and a 3-4 inch layer of arborist mulch, there's not much more to it since State of Grace™ also boasts excellent powdery mildew resistance and disease resistance!
Deadhead your plants as the flowers finish for quicker rebloom. Do not prune your Roses in fall or winter, but instead, wait until spring just as the plants start to grow and remove all branches down to 6-8 inches.
