Some rosarians look at the Rainbow Sorbet™ Rose Trees (Rosa 'Baiprez') blooms and say it is a yellow flower with peach and pink highlights at its petal tips. Others say it is a magnificent peachy-pink Rose with a glowing yellow center. One look and you can't deny the reason 'Rainbow' is this Rose's name. It has a beautiful blend of all of those colors for a creamy fruity ombre effect!

Rainbow Sorbet™'s delectable blossoms begin their show in spring and repeat their display right up until autumn! The glossy, green leaves provide a vibrant backdrop for the magnificent flowers and a light fragrance tops off the show with an alluring call to pollinators. As the Roses fade, they tend to finish in shades of light yellows and pinks for yet another delightfully decorative touch.

The blooms come in clusters on long stems, perfect for cutting. One stem makes a complete bouquet! This is a very hardy Floribunda Rose that does extremely well in colder climates from USDA planting zones 5 to 10. Growing atop its 2-3 foot tall standard, these Rose trees command attention at 5 - 8 feet tall when in full bloom thanks to those elegant long stems, but these Roses canopies only spread 3-4 feet in width.

#ProPlantTips for Care:

Rainbow Sorbet™ is disease-resistant and does well in cooler climates. This modern Floribunda loves full sun and needs to be planted in soil that drains well and in a location that has good air circulation. Water enough to maintain consistent soil moisture. Feed a good organic fertilizer in early spring, and again in mid-summer. Spread arborist mulch over the roots 3 to 4 inches deep and spread out 3 feet from the trunk. This will keep roots cool and maintain surface moisture. This will also help in controlling weeds and provides a nice, uniform look to the garden bed.

Rose Tree Care & Pruning

Winter protection for Tree Form Roses is suggested for the cooler zones by overwintering your Rose in an unheated garage after it goes dormant, or outside with a straw and burlap wrap. Then in spring, take it back out or unwrap it and trim the canopy back.

Prune back the Rose tree canopy several inches to maintain the nice round form atop its trunk. Keep new blooms returning with occasional deadheading.
