Maintaining its spectacular display of floral perfection from spring into fall. As autumn approaches, your Pink Double Knock Out®'s foliage transitions to shades of purple or red for an additional touch of violet fall foliage to the landscape!

Roses have been beloved for generations for their exquisite color and elegant nature. Nothing says charm and sophistication quite like a Rose, and few varieties can rival a Rose tree form. If you do want to snip a few lovely blossoms, however, you'll enjoy bringing them indoors to brighten your home. If you've left any of the blooms in the autumn, they'll turn into ornamental orange Rose Hips! Leave these Hips for the birds, use them in your winter décor, and enjoy colorful dried bouquets additions!

Knock Out® Roses changed the Rose game when they hit the gardening scene and you'll fall in love with this classically beautiful topiary tree form! Rest assured, these tough Roses are disease resistant, can handle heat and drought once established, and even thrives in humid conditions. No fuss, no muss, but lots of flowers!

Hardy throughout USDA growing zones 5 to 10, there is little these resistant and resilient plants can't handle in your yard! Knock Out® Roses have resistance to blackspot, powdery mildew or leaf rust and also do very well in humid climates. What a wonderful Rose Tree!

#ProPlantTips for Care:

Give them full sun, even moisture, and good soil fertility to keep the blooms coming. Knock Out® Rose bushes must have at least 6 hours or more of full sun each day. The more sun, the more flowers! Plant in well-drained soil that doesn't stay wet for long after a rain. If you see puddles that remain, you'll want to create a raised planting bed. For truly soggy soil, plant them in containers.

Be sure to include a packet of Nature Hills Root Booster when planting. You'll love the boost in performance when you get your Roses off to the best start. Follow the directions on the package.

Although they are often listed as drought tolerant, Nature Hills recommends that you provide Knock Out® Roses with a medium amount of water on a regular basis. You'll be so pleased with how quickly they perk right up. For best results, water these regularly, or add a drip irrigation system beneath the mulch to make it easier for you.

If you are growing Roses in containers or in the ground, use 3-4 inches of arborist mulch to cover the root system. Apply a slow-release fertilizer for Roses in early spring and again in mid-summer. Follow the directions on the label.

The Pink Double Knock Out® Rose Tree has improved winter hardiness and is both disease and insect resistant. Double Knock Out is adaptive to a variety of soils and is even self-cleaning (so you won't have to fuss with deadheading throughout the summer months).

Rose Tree Pruning

Traditional Roses often require a lot of attention to look their best, but not so with Knock Out® Roses' non-stop blooms that self-clean. Deadheading is a thing of the past! So all you do is sit back and enjoy the show!

Early each spring, after the last frost has passed, it's always a good idea to prune back the top of your Rose tree several inches to maintain the nice round form atop its trunk. Prune away suckers and branching that forms at the base or on the trunk each year too. Pruning Roses allows for better, bushier growth each year.
