To obtain a more accurate shipment time-frame, simply enter your zip code in the “Find Your Growing Zone” box to the right. Our plants are grown all over the country and lead time on items may be different because of this. Once your order is placed, you will also receive the specific shipment time-frame information as part of your order confirmation. Once an item ships, you will receive shipment notification and tracking numbers, so you can follow along while your plant travels to your doorstep. We use FedEx, UPS, or USPS at our discretion.
Due to winter weather we have put a hold on shipping to the areas shown below in grey. You can still order now and we will ship the plant to you during an appropriate time for your zone.

Nature Hills sells a large variety of plants with several options available. Plants are offered in both potted containers and as dormant bare root without soil. Here is a helpful resource to understand your options as you create a beautiful landscape with help from Nature Hills.
Ever wonder what a larger plant will mean for your landscape? Container Sizes are really all about the age of the plant!
Seasonally, Nature Hills offers hand selected, high quality bare root trees, shrubs and perennials. Bare root plants are sold by height from the top of the root system to the top of the plant. Plants may be taller than the height minimums.

The less fuzzy cousin to Lamb’s Ears, the vastly improved Pink Cotton Candy Betony (Stachys officinalis 'Pink Cotton Candy') is a gorgeously full flowering perennial, pumping out pink blossoms on long spires! This selection blooms non-stop for 8 weeks in the height of summer!
Betony has long been carefully selected for choice features. Nature Hills also offers the velvety leaves of the Hummelo Betony variety, but this variety is all about the blooms, baby! Pink Cotton Candy is a flower factory! Starting in early summer, you'll love the show. Tall, bicolored tubular pink blossoms attract hummingbirds, butterflies, and other pollinators to your landscape. You may see them reblooming later in the season.
Tidy, dark green foliage is a perfect foil for the dramatic flower heads. Growing just 18 - 24 inches in height and width, the leaves create rounded mounds and the roots will slowly spread to form medium-sized ground-covering mats.

This is a very refined plant that works beautifully in any mixed sun, mixed variety perennial garden border and Pollinator border. Try Pink Cotton Candy Betony as a "thriller" in small container gardens on porches and patios - what a knockout!
Like their other Stachys cousins and other members of the Mint family, Betony has spreading underground rhizomes that can create polite mats and groupings. Plant this selection in part shade throughout USDA planting zones 4 to 8, and can handle a bit of full sun in the cooler of its favored growing zones. Betony will handle just about any well-drained type of soil, and only require occasional watering once established. Mulched beds and compost help keep the soil consistently moist and raise the organic matter - improving soil quality. Deadhead to encourage rebloom and you should prune back the plants in the late spring.
