Plant Sentry™

Plant Sentry is designed to protect both consumers and the nursery trade from invasive plant pests and diseases. Sites that display the Plant Sentry protection badge are protected from consumers buying and nurseries shipping material carrying invasive pests and diseases.

This proprietary eCommerce software prevents the shipment of a restricted plant to each state. The Plant Sentry system includes a shipment certification program. The Plant Sentry Compliance Officer works closely with NatureHills.com and each nursery or fulfillment center to ensure only compliant plants are sold to customers.

Delivery and Shipping

Shipping

To obtain a more accurate shipment time-frame, simply enter your zip code in the “Find Your Growing Zone” box to the right. Our plants are grown all over the country and lead time on items may be different because of this. Once your order is placed, you will also receive the specific shipment time-frame information as part of your order confirmation. Once an item ships, you will receive shipment notification and tracking numbers, so you can follow along while your plant travels to your doorstep. We use FedEx, UPS, or USPS at our discretion.

Due to winter weather we have put a hold on shipping to the areas shown below in grey. You can still order now and we will ship the plant to you during an appropriate time for your zone.

*If you have found your zone already, it will be highlighted in the table below.

Soft subtle and romantic ruffles, the My Story Double Daffodil (Narcissus 'My Story') features a double bloom that is a lovely peachy-apricot center that fades to gossamer near-white outer petals! Break free from the winter doldrums with the handsome clumps of bright green sword-like leaves - among the first to emerge after the snows melt!

Blooming a bit later in the spring, extending your enjoyment of spring ephemerals a little longer! My Story forms several stems of peachy cream double blooms that are sweetly scented. You'll enjoy watching the bees try to wriggle into these all those ruffles while looking for tasty snacks!

Also known as Narcissus or Jonquils, these spring-flowering perennial bulbs are tough, cold-hardy, and perfect for both the home or garden! Use in planters and containers, or forced indoors for winter décor, romantic floral bouquets and delightful spring color!

Planting and Application:

Your landscape gains soft, soothing clouds of color while other plants think about leafing out. No worries about competition because Daffodil roots are polite and won't overcrowd. Pop groups of them throughout perennial and cottage borders, pollinator beds and cutting gardens for dreamy bursts of color! Or use long rows as elegant edging!

Incredibly low-maintenance, gardeners both new and experienced will enjoy these easy-going bulbs! Perfectly sized for spring planters on your porch or patio, or forced indoors for delightful winter gifts and decoration, and as dreamy floral arrangement focal points! Imagine the bouquets you'll make with these brilliant and unique blooms!

  • Soft, Subtle Clouds of Peachy Cream Flowers
  • Multiple Ruffled Double Blooms & Stems Per Bulb
  • Clumping Low-Maintenance Green Foliage
  • Fall-Planted, Early Spring-Flowering Perennial
  • Early Spring Color, Beds & Borders, Containers & Cut Flowers

#ProPlantTips for Care:

Daffodil bulbs are easy to care for! Plant 6-8 inches deep at least 3-inches apart with the pointed end facing upward. They must have well-drained soil and lots of sunshine all growing season. In colder zones, plant deeper and mulch well so they can survive the winter. Add bulb fertilizer to each hole for best results.

  • Full Sun or Partial Shade
  • Moderately Moist Well-Drained Soil
  • Deadhead After Bloom, Prune to Ground When Leaves Yellow
  • Very Cold Hardy
  • Deer & Roden Resistant
