To obtain a more accurate shipment time-frame, simply enter your zip code in the “Find Your Growing Zone” box to the right. Our plants are grown all over the country and lead time on items may be different because of this. Once your order is placed, you will also receive the specific shipment time-frame information as part of your order confirmation. Once an item ships, you will receive shipment notification and tracking numbers, so you can follow along while your plant travels to your doorstep. We use FedEx, UPS, or USPS at our discretion.
Due to winter weather we have put a hold on shipping to the areas shown below in grey. You can still order now and we will ship the plant to you during an appropriate time for your zone.

Nature Hills offers plants in two main formats:
- Container Plants: Grown in pots with soil, sized by container volume and plant age
- Bare Root Plants: Dormant plants without soil, sized by height measurements
Container Plant Sizes
Container sizes indicate plant age and growing capacity rather than liquid volume equivalents. Our containers follow industry-standard nursery "trade gallon" specifications, which differ from standard liquid gallon measurements.

Enjoy the amazingly spicy, summertime aroma of the popular Stargazer Oriental Lily (Lilium oriental 'Stargazer'), a hybrid Lily, which quickly reaches a mature height of 3-4 feet with big blooms that open into stars! The only thing that is more impressive than the big blooms is the incredible scent! One bloom fills a room with scent, so much that your nose will let you know a Stargazer is near before you see it!
Bright, cherry red and pink blossoms are edged in white, with a spattering of pink speckles. This variety was created specifically to bloom flowers facing upward, instead of drooping, hence the name. The lovely blooms appear in mid to late Summer giving you a perfect plant to enjoy and admire when relaxing in the beautiful, warm weather.
Stargazer Oriental Lilies make excellent cut flowers and are attractive to Hummingbirds, butterflies, and other pollinators. Who can blame them though? This flower is simply stunning! Just one will perfume a seating area or dining table for days! Winter hardy in USDA growing zones 3 through 8, the bulbs form bulblets that colonize small areas, or easily get transplanted into new areas to spread the beauty!
Planting and Application:

#ProPlantTips for Care:
Oriental Lilies are super-easy to grow and do best in full to partial sunlight, with well-drained loamy or sandy soil. Provide moderate moisture that won't dry out or become soggy with a 3-4 inch layer of mulch around the bulbs. Deadhead the blooms right after they fade and leave several inches of leafy stalks to make food for the bulbs for the rest of the growing season. In late autumn after frost, trim back the dead stems and cover loosely with compost or mulch.
