This lovely lavender Rose is sweet, dynamic, and uncommonly cute. The Veranda® Lavender Rose (Rosa 'KORfloc67') is a must-have for Rose collectors and aficionados. As part of the Veranda® line, it's one of the best-performing petite Floribunda Rose varieties you will find! The Lavender Veranda® Rose may be small, but it surely blooms with the best of them. You can anticipate clusters of showy violet blooms from late spring into fall.
What makes this Rose an unbeatable choice for your garden, patio, or balcony? The Lavender Veranda® Rose is a breathtaking shade of lavender that begins as a dusky lilac and fades to a pastel lavender on its outer petals. Not only is the subtle ombre of purples stunning, but the densely petalled blooms feature pointed petals and classic charm.
Of all the latest lines of Roses, the Veranda® family is one of the best! This line is characteristically diminutive, not because it's a dwarf or miniature, though. Because Veranda Roses are robustly healthy and barely reach above the knee. These attractive Roses are disease-resistant and particularly compact with full foliage. Hardy throughout USDA growing zones 5 to 9, there is little these adaptable little shrubs can't tolerate!
Planting and Application:
The Veranda® Lavender is a great choice as a front border or potted plant because of its space-saving size! Use as a low hedge or border, as a facer shrub to hide bare leggy stems of larger plants, or as flowering backdrops to your garden beds and borders! Imagine a circle of these around a fountain, mailbox, or behind your favorite statue.
Readily potted up this repeat flowering Floribunda in a planter or container as a thriller plant, mix and match Lavender Veranda® with others in the family for a rainbow of lovely blooms on your sunny porch, patio, or balcony. Dressing up any seating area or garden bench with easy beauty!
This whimsical Rose would look stunning as a little added height in your fairy garden or in your English border or cottage garden. These blooms are no-brainers for the cutting garden to bring armloads of these lilac blossoms indoors for your enjoyment, but leave a few outside in the garden for the many butterflies, bees and other beneficial pollinators!

#ProPlantTips for Care:
This lovely lavender dream does best in full sun with at least six hours of direct sunlight a day to flower the best. Roses need well-drained soil that sheds water quickly after a rainfall. This is important because Rose roots don't tolerate standing water. Add Nature Hills Root Booster to your planting hole for life-long support, with symbiotic ingredients never "wear out"! Water with a consistent schedule for the best flowering. Keep container-grown Roses hydrated and ensure they have good drainage at all times.
Apply a three to four-inch layer of mulch over the roots to keep them nice and cool. Then, pull it back away from directly touching the canes and regularly feed it with organic, slow-release Rose fertilizer.
Be sure to deadhead spent blooms to encourage a healthy resurgence all blooming season long. Read all you need about pruning Roses Here, and about winterizing your Roses Here, and un-wintering Roses in spring in our #ProPlantTips Garden Blog!
