To obtain a more accurate shipment time-frame, simply enter your zip code in the “Find Your Growing Zone” box to the right. Our plants are grown all over the country and lead time on items may be different because of this. Once your order is placed, you will also receive the specific shipment time-frame information as part of your order confirmation. Once an item ships, you will receive shipment notification and tracking numbers, so you can follow along while your plant travels to your doorstep. We use FedEx, UPS, or USPS at our discretion.
Due to winter weather we have put a hold on shipping to the areas shown below in grey. You can still order now and we will ship the plant to you during an appropriate time for your zone.

Buying Options for Plants
Nature Hills sells a large variety of plants with several options available. Plants are offered in both potted containers and as dormant bare root without soil. Here is a helpful resource to understand your options as you create a beautiful landscape with help from Nature Hills.
Ever wonder what a larger plant will mean for your landscape? Container Sizes are really all about the age of the plant!
Seasonally, Nature Hills offers hand selected, high quality bare root trees, shrubs and perennials. Bare root plants are sold by height from the top of the root system to the top of the plant. Plants may be taller than the height minimums.

Large, dense inflorescences of yellow flowers adorn this wonderfully compact Agastache! The Kudos™ Yellow Hyssop (Agastache x 'Kudos Yellow') is the sunny perennial your garden pollinators have been searching for! Great even if you don't have a yard at all! Smothered in aromatic color, these mounded hybrid Hyssop form compact bunches of licorice-scented gray-green foliage that can be worked into containers or established landscapes alike!
This fantastic little flowering perennial is compact, and grows in a low mound with refined, deep gray-green foliage! Also called the Hummingbird Mint, antique golden yellow-hued, trumpet-shaped blooms are the perfect shape to attract Hummingbirds! So colorful and long-lasting, the spikes start shooting up in June and keep popping until fall - much to the delight of local honeybees and butterflies in your neighborhood!
Staying compact and just 20-27 inches tall when in bloom and spreading to about 22 inches, these are wonderfully space-saving herbaceous perennial plants! Hyssop is a joy to take care of - because they require almost no maintenance at all, plus the Kudos™ line of hybrid Anise Hyssops are both cold and heat-tolerant throughout USDA growing zones 5 through 10.
Planting and Application:
Yellow Hyssop forms a creeping, and compact mound, smothered in yellow blooms! It is perfect to use as colorful edging along garden beds, or as facer plants along the foundation and hedge plantings! Line a path or walkway in vivid Yellow blooms - you can enjoy brushing past that wonderful scent! Fill a hillside in the sun with bright color en masse or simply spruce up a mailbox garden ensuring no one misses the turn into your driveway again!
Use Yellow Hyssop for mid to late-season accent around poolside and seating area plantings - both in the ground or in colorful containers! Tuck into planters on your porch for welcoming color! Generally deer and rabbit-resistant, and adaptable, this gorgeous little hybrid Agastache is a low-maintenance flowering ornamental perennial perfect for full sun locations. Appreciating the drying power of the morning sun to keep the scented foliage healthy and mildew-free! Plant Hyssops in very well-drained soil with moderate moisture. Deadhead to encourage rebloom and keep the plant neat and tidy. Prune back the stems in late fall, mulch the crown well, and water in well for the winter.
Thriving in low-moisture soil once established, drought-tolerant Hyssop has its best flowering with a regular schedule of supplemental water.
