Plant Sentry™

Plant Sentry is designed to protect both consumers and the nursery trade from invasive plant pests and diseases. Sites that display the Plant Sentry protection badge are protected from consumers buying and nurseries shipping material carrying invasive pests and diseases.

This proprietary eCommerce software prevents the shipment of a restricted plant to each state. The Plant Sentry system includes a shipment certification program. The Plant Sentry Compliance Officer works closely with NatureHills.com and each nursery or fulfillment center to ensure only compliant plants are sold to customers.

Delivery and Shipping

Shipping

To obtain a more accurate shipment time-frame, simply enter your zip code in the “Find Your Growing Zone” box to the right. Our plants are grown all over the country and lead time on items may be different because of this. Once your order is placed, you will also receive the specific shipment time-frame information as part of your order confirmation. Once an item ships, you will receive shipment notification and tracking numbers, so you can follow along while your plant travels to your doorstep. We use FedEx, UPS, or USPS at our discretion.

Due to winter weather we have put a hold on shipping to the areas shown below in grey. You can still order now and we will ship the plant to you during an appropriate time for your zone.

*If you have found your zone already, it will be highlighted in the table below.

Gorgeous flowers for the cutting garden!

  • Showy flowers perfect for cutting
  • Attracts pollinators
  • No pruning necessary
  • Fast grower year after year

Do you dream of being able to pick florist-worthy bouquets of flowers from your own backyard? It doesn't have to be a dream. If you've got a small space to devote to plants that you can cut - even a few square feet will do - you can have a cutting garden. You want to have flowers that are hardy, carefree and will reliably come back year after year to fill your vases with natural beauty. A good place to start? Krinkled White Peony (Paeonia x 'Krinkled White'). This new take on a classic cutting flower is sure to please.

The white crepe-de-chine petals surround a tuft of bright yellow stamens. It looks like an upscale fantasy take on a humble fried egg and is a true standout in the garden and in the vase. The long straight stems are florist ready, too. Peonies are true garden stalwarts. They reliably come back year after year for 50 years or more! They get bigger and sturdier every year, too. Use a flower cage or stakes to keep the heavy-headed flowers upright.

If you don't have a dedicated cutting garden, try Krinkled White in a mixed cottage border, in a mass planting or as a beautiful specimen in a flowerbed. The flowers peak in late spring/early summer but the lush green leaves stay to give a steady backdrop to late summer and fall flowers.

Don't just dream it. Order Krinkled White Peony today and make the dream come true!
