To obtain a more accurate shipment time-frame, simply enter your zip code in the “Find Your Growing Zone” box to the right. Our plants are grown all over the country and lead time on items may be different because of this. Once your order is placed, you will also receive the specific shipment time-frame information as part of your order confirmation. Once an item ships, you will receive shipment notification and tracking numbers, so you can follow along while your plant travels to your doorstep. We use FedEx, UPS, or USPS at our discretion.
Due to winter weather we have put a hold on shipping to the areas shown below in grey. You can still order now and we will ship the plant to you during an appropriate time for your zone.

Buying Options for Plants
Nature Hills sells a large variety of plants with several options available. Plants are offered in both potted containers and as dormant bare root without soil. Here is a helpful resource to understand your options as you create a beautiful landscape with help from Nature Hills.

Seasonally, Nature Hills offers hand selected, high quality bare root trees, shrubs and perennials. Bare root plants are sold by height from the top of the root system to the top of the plant. Plants may be taller than the height minimums.

Jade Butterfly Ginkgo (Ginkgo biloba 'Buddy') is a truly unique little specimen with the family's iconic fan-shaped leaves in an unusual striking bright green! Dwarf, densely branched, and vase-shaped as it slowly and steadily grows to a mid-sized specimen tree! Ginkgo trees are beloved by so many, not only because of their interesting history but because they are beautiful trees with virtually no disease or insect problems!
Spring brings bee-friendly greenish-yellow catkins but Jade Butterfly is a male Ginkgo so it won't produce the offensive-smelling, slimy fruit that pollinated female Ginkgos can! While still remaining low-maintenance and very easy-to-grow bright green specimen!
In fall, this darling smaller, space-saving Ginkgo tree retains the brilliant golden-yellow fall color once the chill enters the air! Hardy throughout USDA growing zones 4 through 8! Jade Butterfly Ginkgo biloba prefers sunny locations and needs well-drained soils yet adapts to most any soil type. This little guy doesn't produce any fruit because it is a male selection but is just as low maintenance and easy to grow as their larger cousins! Little pruning is needed, trim occasionally only to shape or prune from a more shrubby tree to a neater/tidier form.
