To obtain a more accurate shipment time-frame, simply enter your zip code in the “Find Your Growing Zone” box to the right. Our plants are grown all over the country and lead time on items may be different because of this. Once your order is placed, you will also receive the specific shipment time-frame information as part of your order confirmation. Once an item ships, you will receive shipment notification and tracking numbers, so you can follow along while your plant travels to your doorstep. We use FedEx, UPS, or USPS at our discretion.
Due to winter weather we have put a hold on shipping to the areas shown below in grey. You can still order now and we will ship the plant to you during an appropriate time for your zone.

Container sizes indicate plant age and growing capacity rather than liquid volume equivalents. Our containers follow industry-standard nursery "trade gallon" specifications, which differ from standard liquid gallon measurements.

The bright green leaves are held upon reddish stems. Each leave has intricate little toothy margins for a very lovely effect! In mid-spring, clouds of darling white blooms appear and call butterflies with their mild fragrance!
This Kiwi Vine is self-fertile, producing a ton of large-grape-sized green fruit that have smooth skin and an excellent sweet flavor - better than anything store-bought! More tolerant of heat and humidity, Issas is a lovely plant to behold all growing season!
Planting and Application:
Let this hardy Kiwi Vine climb on a trellis or arbor for shade and vertical height in the garden. Or let ramble over an unsightly fence for privacy and screening! These are fast growers and tolerant of a wide range of conditions! Great for informal and formal gardens, adding height to beds and borders, or an easy fruiting vine with a small footprint on sunny porches, balconies, and tucking easily to an existing vegetable garden.
Issas Kiwi Vine is ready to harvest in summer through the autumn, and then lose its leaves after the first frosts in winter. These are self-pollinating vines, but having a second will increase your harvest significantly!

Kiwi Vines do best in slightly acidic soil and in full sun, but tolerate part shade. They do need moderate, yet consistent moisture, especially during summer and when fruiting. Rarely needing pruning or maintenance, trim to size when dormant in the winter because this Kiwi fruits on old wood. Mulch well to insulate the roots and regulate moisture.
