Delivery and Shipping
Shipping
To obtain a more accurate shipment time-frame, simply enter your zip code in the “Find Your Growing Zone” box to the right. Our plants are grown all over the country and lead time on items may be different because of this. Once your order is placed, you will also receive the specific shipment time-frame information as part of your order confirmation. Once an item ships, you will receive shipment notification and tracking numbers, so you can follow along while your plant travels to your doorstep. We use FedEx, UPS, or USPS at our discretion.
Due to winter weather we have put a hold on shipping to the areas shown below in grey. You can still order now and we will ship the plant to you during an appropriate time for your zone.

Growing Zones 4-8
Narrow as an arrow is the best way to describe this uniquely shaped tree. Forget the small-town drama, the Green Arrow Nootka Cypress, also known as a Weeping Alaskan Cedar (Cupressus nootkatensis 'Green Arrow') will be the new talk of the town! This narrow, rather fast-growing tree has weeping branches that are a dark blue-gray-green coloration that grows loosely close to the sides of the trunk.
This tight narrow shape makes them phenomenal for tight spaces between other large trees making your garden look as full and attractive as possible. You don't need to worry about running out of room for your favorite flowers because this tree will add an attractive ornamental presence without taking up too much space.
These ultra columnar Cedar trees are unique focal points throughout USDA zones 4 through 8 and can attain a mature height of 20-35 feet tall and only take up a slim 2-4 feet in mature width. You'll love the high impact this space-saving conifer brings to your landscape! Green Arrow can sometimes go under the botanical name Xanthocyparis nootkatensis and Chamaecyparis nootkatensis, and many common names including the Nootka Cypress, Nootka Cedar, Weeping Cypress, and Alaskan Weeping Cedar. No matter what they call it - we call it phenomenal!
Planting and Application:
You'll want to create a front yard garden just to showcase this incredible tree! Make a mounded berm to further highlight it and surround it with Rose or Lilac trees! Maybe start your own collection of weeping or dwarf evergreens? Toss in a contorted Walking Stick or surround it in creeping low-growing groundcover or Junipers. These are truly ornamental, colorful and living sculptural accents for any landscape!
Plant a Green Arrow Nootka Weeping Cedar at the corner of your home's foundation planting, or front and center by your front door. We guarantee it will boost curb appeal in a heartbeat! Planting a row along the space between your shed and house is perfect for this tree to make its debut. You will be able to fill the small awkward gaps elegantly! Got some large porch pots or urns on either side of your front steps? Plant this Cedar in them for winter décor and then transplant them into the ground when they get larger!
