Delivery and Shipping
Shipping
To obtain a more accurate shipment time-frame, simply enter your zip code in the “Find Your Growing Zone” box to the right. Our plants are grown all over the country and lead time on items may be different because of this. Once an item ships, you will receive shipment notification and tracking numbers, so you can follow along while your plant travels to your doorstep. We use FedEx, UPS, or USPS at our discretion.
Due to winter weather we have put a hold on shipping to the areas shown below in grey. You can still order now and we will ship the plant to you during an appropriate time for your zone.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Does Girard's Renee Michelle Azalea stay evergreen?
Yes! Unlike deciduous azaleas, this variety keeps its green foliage year-round, with burgundy accents in fall and winter.
Can Azaleas tolerate full sun?
No. Azaleas prefer partial shade or dappled sunlight. In hotter climates, avoid harsh afternoon sun to prevent stress.
When does Girard's Renee Michelle Azalea bloom?
It produces abundant soft pink blooms in mid to late spring, adding early-season color.
Are Azaleas deer and rabbit resistant?
Yes, deer and rabbits tend to avoid azaleas, making them a great choice for wildlife-prone gardens.
How tall does Girard's Renee Michelle grow?
It remains compact, making it easy to manage in small gardens or containers.
Do broadleaf evergreen Azaleas require winter protection?
Girard's Renee Michelle is cold hardy to Zone 5, but in colder areas, mulching around the roots can offer extra winter protection. In areas prone to winter windburn, spray anti-dessicant onto your foliage each winter, and be sure to give your evergreens a long deep drink in the fall before the ground freezes.
