Fiesta Forsythia is a deciduous shrub with variegated foliage. These are great border or foundation plants, but would look especially spectacular planted en mass on a slope or in a naturalized area of your landscape.
The unique coloring of the Fiesta is sure to shine in your garden! Its foliage has creamy/gold centers bordered with vibrant green. Each leaf clings to a red stem, which will particularly draw your eye to this Forsythia's natural beauty.
The highly-variegated foliage is certainly enough to recommend this exceptionally lovely Forsythia for your home, but it has even more remarkable features! The spring brings bright yellow, 4-petaled flowers that arrive so early that even the foliage hasn't yet appeared.
It's also a compact plant, requiring little room and hardy enough to necessitate little care. It's quite simply a tough little plant with a lot to offer!
Fiesta is a vigorous grower that's tolerant of a variety of conditions, including urban settings. There are no serious insect or disease issues to be concerned with and even deer tend to leave it alone.
